Cancellation Policy
***** ATTENTION***** Please ARRIVE 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out client consultation forms if needed. ALL CLIENTS LATE 5 MINUTES OR MORE WILL BE CANCELED. NO EXCEPTIONS AS APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED AFTER. Rescheduling can be discussed and arranged. I kindly ask you to provide me with at least 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows or same day cancellations that are within 4 hours of your appointment time, are subject to an additional fee to reschedule with certain exceptions. All no show appointments with coupons/gift certificates will be forfeited at the time of the appointment.
