Cancellation Policy

At Monroe Beauty Esthetics, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients while respecting the time and effort invested in each appointment. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy Description:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

   - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost.

   - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).


2. Late Arrivals:

   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, to ensure that all our clients receive their full treatment time, we may need to modify the service(s) accordingly.

   - If you arrive late for your appointment, your service(s) may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients who have appointments scheduled after yours.

   - In such cases, you will be charged the full amount for the original scheduled service(s).


3. Booking Deposits:

   - For certain treatments or services, we may require a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of scheduling the appointment.

   - This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service(s) on the day of your appointment.

   - In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the booking deposit will be forfeited.


4. Rescheduling:

   - We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We strive to accommodate such requests to the best of our ability.

   - If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.


5. Communication:

   - To cancel, reschedule, or inquire about your appointment, please contact us directly via phone or email. We highly recommend calling our office for any last-minute changes or cancellations.
