Cancellation Policy

***** ATTENTION***** Please ARRIVE 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out client consultation forms if needed. Clients that arrive late will unfortunately lose that time for their service. Clients that are more than 5 minutes late, will automatically be canceled and/if rescheduled. I kindly ask you to provide me with at least 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows or same day cancellations that are within 4 hours of your appointment time, are subject to an additional fee to reschedule with certain exceptions. All no show appointments with coupons/gift certificates will be forfeited at the time of the appointment.
